Churn rate refers to the percentage of players who stop wagering or close their accounts within a specific timeframe. It measure how many of them walk back out. If a casino has a high churn rate, it means they are losing players than they can find new ones. This happens because the lures ( bonuses) have dried up or player moved to a competitor with a better offer.
