A rollover is the number of times you have to bet your bonus money before the casino lets you withdraw it as real cash. If a site gives you a $10 bonus with a 5x rollover, you cant just take the money and leave, you have to place $50 worth of bets first. Its basically a play through rule that turns bonus credits into real money once you have gambled with them enough.
