Mastermind Names Michael Baker-Mosley Fractional Chief Growth Officer

Mastermind has a new face on its commercial side. The Malta-headquartered iGaming advisory network has brought in Michael Baker-Mosley as Fractional Chief Growth Officer, tasking him with member acquisition, sales and marketing.

So there's now a permanent c-level figure running the business end of things. Founder Leo Judkins, a former Director of Retention at BetVictor, stays on the core peer-to-peer product for existing and future members. Baker-Mosley builds the growth engine around it.

He isn't walking into an unfamiliar room. Baker-Mosley has been a member for 18 months and an ambassador since March 2026. That gives him working knowledge of how the network runs before he touches anything on the sales side.

Ask him what drew him to the job and he keeps it practical. Founders and senior leaders, he said, don't have to work everything out on their own. Few settings let people under the same pressures talk openly and pull useful input from others who understand the position. Having the right people around you matters, he added, whether someone's stepping into a new role, scaling a business, working through change, or figuring out what comes next.

His CV covers B2B brands and marketing roles across iGaming. Marketing Consultant and Fractional Chief Marketing Officer at Triumph B2B. CMO of iGP. Then a run of brand marketing positions at sportsbook solutions firm Kambi, ending with a year as Head of Brand Marketing.

Much of his career, he said, went into building B2B brands and growth engines. This move is different because he's used the Mastermind himself and knows what it delivers. The job, as he frames it: bring that value to more of the right people without wrecking what makes the network distinctive in the first place.

Baker-Mosley and Judkins will both be at the SBC Summit Lisbon later this month. Acquisition, sales and marketing work starts immediately, then steps up once the trade event wraps.

Judkins said the Mastermind has grown into something he's proud of over the past few years, though he reckons it's still only scratching the surface. Room remains to develop the offering, create more member opportunities, reach more of the industry's leaders. He calls the Mastermind a labour of love, and says adding someone in such an important role was a significant decision.
